Maximize Workforce Productivity with Vision+
LogistiVIEW’s Vision+ combines the best of traditional tools including Pick to Light (PTL), vision picking, voice, and RF into a single system. The combined set of instructions can be delivered to the worker through any device - enterprise handhelds, wrist-mounted wearables or a pair of Augmented Reality (AR) smart glasses – avoiding the need for any bolted down infrastructure. AI and Computer Vision add an intelligence layer to the process, optimizing picks for the best possible efficiency.
Robotics, automation, and existing systems are all integrated without changes to back-end infrastructure. Picking revolves around smarter instructions that are seen, heard, and fine-tuned for the best possible results. |

Simple Integration with Your Existing Systems
LogistiVIEW’s Vision+ adapts right into existing operations with easy integration to the WMS, legacy systems, robotics, automation, and current process. For robots involved in picking, the software enhances the coordination with human pickers for tighter, more efficient performance. And with no changes needed to legacy systems or custom coding, Vision+ avoids protracted software integration headaches. Taken together, Vision+ delivers:

Advantages of LogistiVIEW's Vision+ vs. Voice-Only
Voice-based picking has been a standard technology in warehouse picking for years. And while highly effective, certain limitations persist. Namely, delays due to noise, waiting time, and language variations
Scenario #1: Noise. The warehouse floor will always have high-noise activities in the background. While voice systems offer noise cancellation to filter out unwanted sounds, commands still get dropped. Whether a muffled cue that a worker needs to listen to again, or their vocal confirmation drowned out by background sounds, noise continues to present an obstacle to voice picking. Here, the presence of visuals offers an effective backup. If an audible cue is drowned out, workers can simply default to the visual cue that’s delivered simultaneously. Following the visual instruction in their line of sight, they continue picking without repetition or delay. The result is continuous work undisturbed by the environment. Scenario #2: Waiting for the system. Any audible cue takes time to vocalize and complete. For experienced workers, this can pose a delay while waiting for the command to end. This delay in waiting to hear a longer instruction can end up slowing veteran workers down – adding time on each task. Even if small, any barrier in the way of workers achieving their best, most efficient work is better if removed altogether. In this scenario, visual pick instructions enable rapid responses. Seeing an instant confirmation of their next steps, workers can proceed immediately towards their next location, or already be reaching for the correct bin – even before the voice command was fully vocalized. Shaving micro-seconds off of each task, the visuals provide a shortcut to action that adds up into savings. |

Advantages of LogistiVIEW's Vision+ vs. PTL
Pick-to-Light is one of picking’s biggest advancements with simple-to-follow lights simplifying the overwhelming tasks of order fulfillment. Constraints around expense and fixed footprint, however, prevent many DCs from extending its benefits across wider operations. Many DCs grapple with the question: how can we get PTL when and where we need it, as business changes, without breaking the bank?
Vision+ takes the core concept of PTL – light-directed guidance – and applies it in a way that avoids the cost and permanent installation of the original technology. Using Augmented Reality, AI, and Computer Vision, an alternative PTL system becomes possible at a fraction of the cost. Vision+ by LogistiVIEW delivers PTL with: No hardwired electrical Utilizing Vision+, light-based instructions are shown through Augmented Reality visuals instead of hardwired electric unlocking PTL’s potential anywhere in an operation. Instructions are delivered to workers through smart glasses, where they see simulated lights overlaid on real-world pick locations. 80% less cost than PTL Vision+ swaps out expensive hardware for a lean, technology-driven alternative approach avoiding fixed infrastructure as well as costly installation fees. The result is PTL delivered at 80% less investment than traditional lights. Better yet, there are no costs to move a system or expand to new locations extending the value of this investment long after the original purchase. Movable & portable – anywhere, anytime. Vision+ enables PTL that is 100% movable anywhere in the warehouse. Since nothing is bolted down to the floor, the whole system can be adapted at a moment’s notice. This allows operators to reconfigure the system on the fly as business needs change. |

Vision+ Unlocks Picking Optimization & Results are Transformative
Vision+ not only applies to picking – but adds value all across warehouse operations. From simplifying process, improving steps with intelligence, and enhancing how work takes place, the rewards are real today. The hard data from recent customer deployments shows that Vision+:

Case Study: Peter Millar's Vision Pick and Put Wall
“On a normal day our conveyor can be an issue. Multiplying that by 4-5x is something that can definitely shut us down. So with our peak period, we HAD to find different things to do.”
- Mike Duffin, Inventory & Control Analytics Manager, Peter Millar Learn how LogistiVIEW helped omni-channel retailer Peter Millar beat congestion and exceed 2018 targets. Needing a solution for their backed-up conveyor to get through 2018 peak season rush, Peter Millar turned to LogistiVIEW. They implemented put walls powered by AR smart glasses to avoid the heavy installation costs and footprint of traditional PTL. Going live in less than 90 days, they saw the benefits right away with 10% less on the conveyor, faster turn on customer orders, and flexibility to change their configuration throughout peak season.
